As soon as your host profile is verified on the platform, you can start creating concerts. The first step is to find and contact an artist you would like to arrange a concert with.

How to find an artist on the Be My Concert platform
To find an artist, you go to 'find an artist' on the Be My Concert platform.
To help you find the right artist, there are some filtering options:
Location helps you locate artists based in Denmark or Sweden. For each country, you can also filter by region.
Genre helps you find artists within your preferred genre. Please note that you can choose several genres simultaneously.
More filters include the option to filter artists available for open or private concerts.
Sort by most concerts held, date added to the platform, and name by alphabetical order.
Search for artists in the search field.
When you have find an artist you would like to arrange your next concert with, it is time to contact the artist. On the artist profile you click on 'CONTACT' where you will get to the message function.
Start a dialogue with the artist by introducing yourself, your space, and then propose a few dates for a potential concert.
When you have agreed on date, time and ticket price, you can create a concert page.
