In order to create an open concert you need to have an artist or a host profile. You can do that from your Be My Concert profile.

If you don't have a Be My Concert profile, you can create one by clicking Log in/Join in the top right corner of the Be My Concert front page.

Once you have created an artist or a host profile, the first step is to find an artist or find a host you would like to arrange a concert with. You contact the artist or host by clicking 'CONTACT' on the profile.

When you have agreed on date, time and ticket price, you are ready to create the concert page.

The one who creates the concert start by clicking CREATE CONCERT on the host/artist's profile. After you select that you would like to create an open concert, you can start filling out the details of your concert.

Begin filling out your concert details.

Then fill in the information to describe the type of music that the artist will perform and the type of atmosphere the host will create. Be sure to upload a clear photo, as this photo will be the header of the concert page and also displayed on the homepage of the website.

The last section before publishing addresses the financial aspect of the concert. Decide how many tickets to put up for sale and at what price. The "Share per ticket" shows the breakdown of ticket.

If you're not ready to publish, you can save your concert as a draft. Certain details cannot be changed once your concert is public to ensure that guests receive accurate information. You can also preview the concert page.

Once you've filled out all the necessary information, press "Save and continue" to send the concert for confirmation. The host or artist that you created the concert with, will receive an email that the concert agreement is ready for confirmation. Once the host or artist has confirmed the concert, it will go public on the platform and both your and Be My Concert's marketing efforts can begin.

Note: We recommend publishing a concert at least 6-8 weeks before the concert date to allow for adequate time to market your concert.
