When you book a private concert with Be My Concert
We provide a booking contract for both parties with all the agreed details.

The money will be held in escrow in our system until 24 hours after the concert when it will be paid out to the musician.

If the musician does not meet the expectations, the booker can apply for our satisfaction guarantee and get a refund.

Please keep all communication about the private booking within the Be My Concert platform to ensure accountability.

​Cancelation policy for privately booked Be My Concerts
When a booking is accepted, it is considered a contractual agreement.
If the musician cancels the booking the money held in escrow will be refunded to the booker.

If the booker cancels the booking up to four weeks before the concert the 50% of the money will be refunded and the rest will go to the musician. If the booker cancels the booking less than four weeks before, the musician will still receive all the money as if they played the concert.

In the case of force majeure (war, natural disasters, etc.) cancellation can take place without both parties accepting and a refund will take place.

The Be My Concert service fee is not refundable.
Be My Concert cancellation policy occurs according to The Danish Music Association’s (Dansk Musik Forbund) guidelines.

PLEASE NOTE: These terms and conditions only apply to privately booked Be My Concert concerts where the musician's fee is paid in advance by the booker.
