On Be My Concert, the income for open concerts is generated by ticket sales and this is inclusive of moms (the Danish term for VAT). Here is what that means for you as a host and/or artist:

With Danish CVR:
If you are registered with a CVR in Denmark, you will have to register and pay the moms with the Danish tax authorities. Take this into consideration when setting a ticket price. For example, if your cut of a ticket is 100 DKK, moms will be 20 DKK.

Without CVR:
If you are NOT registered with a Danish CVR, you will not be liable to pay moms. Please note that you are responsible to register you Be My Concert income with the tax authorities.

If you are not resident in Denmark, you are responsible to register you Be My Concert income with the tax authorities in you country of residence.
