If you want to host open Be my Concert concerts with ticket sale where everyone can buy a ticket, we need to review your profile. This is done to ensure that you have understood the Be my Concert concept and you will create concerts that match Be my Concert's core values of decency, respect for the artist, their music and all the concert goers present.

If your host profile has been rejected that doesn't mean you will never be a host on Be my Concert. Most of the time that means that you didn't fill out your profile correctly. You are always welcome to submit a new one with updated details.

Here are the most common reasons why your host profile was rejected:

Did you fill out all fields in your host profile? The most common reason for your profile being rejected is that you didn't fill out the required text fields in your profile. We need a description of your space to be able to confirm that it is compatible with the intimate concert format.

Is your space too public? The intimacy of the Be my Concert concert is very important, if your space is open to everybody at all times, people won't be able to focus on the music and experience the magic of an intimate concert. It will also make access to only ticket holders impossible to enforce.

Is your space too small or too big?
Even though we don't have strict rules for the number of seats you should have, we suggest that you have space for 15 to 50 concert goers. The minimum is to ensure that the concert makes sense for the artist economically and the maximum to preserve the intimacy of a small, but engaged crowd.

If you believe that we have rejected your profile by mistake, please contact us at hello@bemyconcert.com.
