Private concerts are agreements between the host and the artist for a fixed fee in exchange for a performance. These concerts do not sell tickets, are not public on the platform, and are not assisted by Be My Concert's marketing team.

HOW TO START

Browse through our selection of artists available for private concerts. You can filter your view by Location, Genre and Price range:

Once you have found an artist that you'd like to book, go to their artist profile and click Create Concert. Select the option of booking a Private Concert and follow the instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: Before you fill out a booking form, you need to negotiate the practical details of the concert with the artist. Start by messaging the artist first using the contact-function on their profile. Make sure that you have negotiated all the following details with the artist:

  • Date and time

  • Duration of the concert

  • Exact location / address

  • Booking price incl. travel expenses etc.

Once you and the artist have agreed on the practicalities, you can submit the booking form.

  • The booking is only final when the artist has accepted it.

  • The payout will go out to the artist 24 hours after the concert.

After it is accepted the booking is considered a contractual agreement. You and the artist will receive a summary of the agreed booking.

We advice that you to keep all communication about the booking within the Be My Concert message system to ensure accountability.
