How to create or edit a host profile

A step-by-step guide to creating a host profile

To create a host profile you need to be signed in to your Be My Concert user account and go to your profile page in upper right corner.

Next click on 'Want to host your own concert?' then select ADD A HOST PROFILE.

Then you will need to fill in your host details. 

  • Provide a photo of your space. This is important to give musicians and audiences an accurate representation of your space. Choose a picture that shows what it would look like to have a concert there and avoid photos like selfies, which don't showcase the space. 

  • Give a description of your space. Give it a name and choose a host type.

  • Specify the number of seats available - this is the number of guests you think you can squeeze in at your space.

  • You are required to specify the address of your space.*

*Note: Only the general area will be shown on our platform. Your full address will not be publicly available. It will only be shared with concert goers after they buy tickets for a concert at your space.

If you are planning to take a percentage from the ticket sales of your future concerts, you will be able to add in your payout details (IBAN). 

If you can have one or multiple host profiles e.g. one for indoor concerts in your living room and one for outdoor concerts in your garden. You can always edit photos and text on all your profiles click EDIT in the right upper corner and remember to click UPDATE to save your changes.
