According to EU law (see section Your right to cancel and return an order) concert tickets are exempt from returns.
We don't do refunds of ticket(s) to also ensure the concert economy for both musician and host.

You can try to post the ticket sale on the concert Facebook event.

Note: If you sell your ticket to another person, we recommend that you let the host know.

If there are major changes to a concert event that could affect the concert goer's ability to attend (e.g. change of date or location or cancellation), we'll always refund you the full ticket price. The money will be sent back to your bank account within 5-10 days after the refund has been made.
