Why Be My Concert's fee
When filling out the ticket split of your concert, you will see that Be My Concert takes a 20% fee for each ticket in order to:
administer and constantly improve the Be My Concert platform
support our users and ensure they have a great experience
assist with marketing efforts the promotion of concerts
Why an order fee?
In order for us to be able continue to maintain and improve the platform, all concert tickets sold through Low-F will be added an order fee from 2nd June 2021.
The fee is DKK 15 / SEK 20 and is added per transaction completed on Be My Concert, regardless of the number of tickets, and is included in the total ticket price you see in the payment window on bemyconcert.com. See example below:
