If you would like to take a percentage of the ticket sale of the concerts you host, we need to know where we can send the money you earn. Low-Fi uses the payment system Stripe, and all transactions go through it. Low-Fi does not store any of your payout data.

You will be able to fill in your payout details when you create your first concert. If you select a host share different than 0%, you will be prompted to fill out a form with your details.

We need your:

  • Full name

  • Country

  • Date of birth

  • Address including zip code and city

  • Phone

  • IBAN (Aka. 'International Bank Account Number'. Each bank account has an IBAN no. - login to your online bank account or get in contact with your bank to get this).*

Lastly, hit SAVE PAYMENT INFO for your profile to be updated.

* Why is my country not listed?

While Low-Fi grows, our platform is currently only compatible with countries within the EU. In the future, more countries will be added.

As a solution, for those who do not have a bank account originating an EU country, we suggest using TransferWise to create an online bank account.

Want to change your bank details?

To change your bank details, you can do that from your Low-Fi profile page.

However, you cannot change your bank details yourself if you have a concert that is selling tickets at the moment. If you need to do that, contact us at hello@bemyconcert.com and we will be happy to help you.
