If you live in an apartment, it's good practice to let your neighbors know that there will be some music and make sure you respect whatever rules your building may have about noise and hours. 

There has never been any issue with a BeMy Concert concert bothering the neighbors. The concerts usually take place in the early evening/late afternoon, and they most often last around an hour, so it's very unlikely that you will have a problem. 

Most importantly, a Be My Concert concert doesn’t have to be loud. It can be completely acoustic and very low-key.
