When filling out your host profile, you'll be prompted to say how many people will fit in your space.

Our rule of thumb is that you should be able to fit 20 people in a 20 sq. m. room, including your furniture - provided that it doesn't take up half of the room. 

Note: We've found that people tend to be conservative in their initial number. However, you can change this number later. When you create a concert, you can decide how many tickets to release, and you can adjust your number at a later point.
