It is up to the musician to figure out transportation for their equipment. If a host would like to assist the musician, they are free to reach out and pre-arrange something.

If a musician gets booked for a private gig, transportation costs can be negotiated and covered in the booking fee. If you don't make any specific agreement on this, the host will assume transportation is included in the price, so please be transparent and upfront when making agreements.
