This article applies to open concerts with ticket sale, created by a host and artist
Life sometimes gets in the way, we know. But before you cancel, we suggest you consider rescheduling the event to a later date.
If this is not possible, here is how cancellations work on Be My Concert:
An open and ticket funded concert can only be cancelled if:
It has sold less than 12 of the tickets available 48 hours prior to the concert date
Host or artist falls ill or has a force majeure situation
If you want to cancel your concert, you have to send an email to Be My Concert at hello@bemyconcert.com with the subject:
"Cancel concert [concert name] on [date of concert]"
You can also call and talk to a Be My Concert team member at +45 78 72 52 86. Phone hours are Mondays and Thursdays from 12 pm to 2 pm.
NOTICE: Be My Concert is not in the office during weekends and holidays. If your concert is scheduled to take place during the weekend, please inform us of the cancellation latest on Fridays at 4 pm.
In case of a cancellation, tickets will be refunded to the concert guests in full. The artist and host will not be charged a fee.
