We need to know where we can send the money you earn from your concert ticket sales on Be My Concert. Be My Concert uses the payment system Stripe, and all transactions go through their system.
First, go to your profile page. Click on SETTINGS.
You can see your PAYOUT ACCOUNT at the bottom, click ADD.
We need your:
Full name
Country
Date of birth
Address including zip code and city
Phone
IBAN (Aka. 'International Bank Account Number'. Each bank account has an IBAN no. - login to your online bank account or get in contact with your bank to get this).*
Accept agreement and hit CONTINUE to add your payout account.
Lastly, you need to verify your identity with picture ID. Please refer to the article Why am I being asked to verify my identity with picture ID?
* Why is my country not listed?
While Be My Concert grows, our platform is currently only compatible with countries within the EU. As a solution, for those who do not have a bank account originating from a European country, we suggest using TransferWise to create an online bank account.

Want to change your bank details?
To change your bank details, you can do that from your Be My Concert profile page.
However, you cannot change your bank details if you have a concert that is selling tickets in the moment.
